Becel Digital Survey

My Role

I led the UX design and information architecture for the Becel digital survey, shaping a responsive, mobile-first experience optimized for both desktop and smartphone use. I translated research objectives into a clear, intuitive user flow that minimized friction and encouraged completion, while ensuring accessibility, usability, and brand consistency throughout the experience. I collaborated closely with internal teams to align design decisions with engagement goals and modern family digital behaviors.

Objective

Create a responsive, user-friendly digital survey that encourages parents to share insights about their cooking, baking habits, and ingredient choices, supporting Becel’s understanding of modern family lifestyles and food decision-making.

Strategic Approach

The experience was designed to reduce friction and increase completion rates by prioritizing clarity, accessibility, and mobile-first behavior. The survey needed to feel light, intuitive, and family-friendly, recognizing that parents often engage in short, interrupted sessions across devices.

Design Concept

Simple, warm, and approachable. The interface used clean layouts, clear visual hierarchy, and subtle brand cues to guide users through the survey without cognitive overload. Responsive behavior ensured a consistent experience across laptops, tablets, and smartphones, adapting seamlessly to everyday digital habits.
