TraumAssist International

Graphic Designer

As a graphic designer, I created collateral design for the annual Colour Ball Gala, supporting TraumAssist International’s mental health initiatives for children and families worldwide. In 2018, the team used the profits towards their international collaboration with Health Education Project Haiti and Samutthana Sri Lanka.

​My design work helped promote mental health awareness and support the organization's efforts to break stigma around trauma. As a Canadian non-profit organization, my team and I aimed to reduce the impact of traumatic stress through global awareness, education, advocacy, and compassionate care.

Fondazione RUI

While studying my Master in Design in Italy, I had the opportunity to volunteer my time as a graphic designer at Fondazione RUI to work for the Kenya's Project "It's time for Africa." The mission was in support of kids and families with scarce resources to bring them support through education, health and donations.

"Hogar Don Orione" was a home for people with intellectual disabilities who needed support, care and love. Along with my mother who always teaches us the power of paying forward, we used to volunteer every year since my siblings and I were kids.
